Those who wish to apply for Italian medschools from abroad, need to go through a “pre-enrollment” procedure in the Italian Embassy or consulate near them. Have a look at our updated application calendar for more details about this step and why is it needed as well as for info about this years application procedure in general.
The pre-enrollment is primarily needed for Non-European candidates, but we warmly encourage also European applicants to check with their Embassy if they should take this step.
